Truffle Shuffle World Quest (Not able to complete)

World Quest Truffle Shuffle in Rak-Ush area.
After selecting my Swarmbeast and headed to the quest area my swarmbeast keeps re-spawning, swapping from the named one I chose to a generic named one, making me unable to dig up the truffles to complete the world quest.

When this happened to me, IIRC I flew out of the area and back, and made sure not to pick one from the pen.
