Truesteel recolor

I was wondering how to get the red/gold recolor for the truesteel set, its been a pain trying to find out so if anyone knows that would be helpful

It’s from upgrading the Truesteel set to rank 3 iirc.

Which is currently unavailable at the moment. Blizzard said they would return a way for us to get the other colors of the WoD crafted armors at a later date.
