It’s been 3 days since I’ve used this in my Garrison. Everytime I log in my Cooldown remaining resets to 23 hr 54 min.
Most likely a display issue since it has 3 charges each on a 24 hr cooldown: https://www.wowhead.com/spell=171718/truesteel-ingot

There are two versions of the Truesteel CD, one of which being that 3-charge with a buggy display. That’s likely what you’re encountering.
It’s just a display issue, you’ll be able to craft as normal, the counter “resets” for the other two cooldowns, but doesn’t display the correct time remaining.

Thank you for your replies, but it’s been over 3 days and the create button that would allow me to create the next 10 ingots is still greyed out.
If you haven’t already I’d also suggest doing a UI Reset.

My blacksmith has this on cooldown for well over a week, it’s also stuck saying 23 hrs and whatever minutes. I’ve reported it, though no word on the bug being identified yet. No mention of it in the 8.1 patch notes today.
Have you performed the suggested full UI reset? This could be due to corruption in the files causing the cooldown to fail to tick over, which a UI reset would fix.
UI reset didn’t help (even after todays patch). I’m not using any addons either. In another 3 days I’ll post here again with a status update, hopefully it’s fixed by then.
3 days later still the same. I think it has been in cooldown for 2 weeks now, I can’t craft any items that use it.
It finally cooled down after 2 to 3 weeks! Not sure how, I didn’t do anything special. Anyone hear of any bug fix announcements? Hopefully in another 3 days I can make some more!
EDIT: Only cooled down on one blacksmith, perhaps because it was the only blacksmith I submitted a report for.
8 days after previous post it’s still not cooled down. Also blacksmith that I didn’t report hasn’t cooled down all month even once.
At skill 50 of draenor blacksmithing all orange skill up items require this stuff!
EDIT: i’m going to keep a log here to find out how often this can be made

jan24: made 18 3 times before cooldown
jan26: made 18 3 times before cooldown (not using create all button)
