This achievement is nearly impossible for a lot of people for a lot of reasons, from hardware issues to physical disabilities. It needs to be removed both from the meta achievement and specifically from Undersea Usurper.

Yup. I have one arcane chest that just refuses to work.
No matter how many times I try with addons disabled, nothing on my second monitor, nothing running in the background to avoid any CPU issues I just cant do the last chest, the vehicle portion just refuses to work, I press the button but it doesnt fire to attack the orbs.
I don’t know if it’s a PC/hardware issue, a ping issue (I do live in Middle Earth), or a bug, but I just get the last chest to open for the achievement.
