Trouble with No Time to Heal

Requires 5 constructive PVP battle without anyone dying. I can get 2 wins in a row then I get wiped out by stuns-a-lot team that prevented me from getting much going on.

NTTH is RNG. You need to meet 5 weak teams in a row.

I did hear a cheese for it.

I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE.

I heard this back in Legion, after I got the achieve myself, so I was never able to test it. I don’t know whether it was true then, and even if it was, I do not know whether it is still true now.

When you win one battle without losing a pet, your counter goes up to 1. If you lose a pet in the next battle, your counter goes down again to zero.

What I heard was that if you get your counter to 1, and you are then matched against a strong team, where you see there is no chance you will win without losing a pet, you can immediately resign and leave the battle beforeyou lose a pet, and your counter will not drop to zero again, so you don’t lose your progress

This should allow you to pick an choose your battles for the achievement, which should make the process a lot easier.

Thanks for the tip about giving up but the achievement is “Win 5 constructive pet battle without losing a pet” and giving up or timing out counts as a loss. It may have been possible in Legion and was nerfed.

I eventually got it: 3 level 25 singing sunflower. Keep em all healed up and the other player gives up after going 20+ round without any progress. First pet: use photosynthesis, then sunlight, swap to next one, repeat. Unless the other team has lots of stuns, your team will remain nearly topped off forever.

This trick has one slight drawback: if you’re against afk bot, it can go on until server restart or crash. I wonder if there’s a record longest pet battle?

Thanks for letting me know that you tested it. I have often wondered.

Lots of final-pet match-ups, with shieldy/healy pet against shieldy/healy pet, are dead draws. I’ve heard of people holding on for hours and thousands od rounds, though.
