Trouble continuing Legion questlines after long hiatus

So I played Legion back when, but was just a casual PvPer so I never got around to finishing all my Legion quests. When I jumped back in, I decided I still wanted to get my rogue class mount, that cool giant raven.

Unforutantely, when I jumped back on my old character, I chose the option to upgrade my gear and remove all my active quests for a fresh start. It was nice at first, but after I went back to Highmountain, I noticed I had no quest threads to pick up. I’m still 5/7 in the story progress for most of the Legion regions (I’ve completed maybe 2) and yet to do “The Blood Totem Tribe” and “The Battle of Snowblind Mesa” in Highmountain for example. Is there any way to do these quests? All I really want is the class mount.

I’ve checked online and the questgivers don’t got jack. Am I screwed? Looking in the wrong place? Any help greatly appreciated!

Im assuming you do not have any max level characters or at least a level 60 since you just got back. They changed how you do past expansions with chromie time and this was added in for shadowlands+. They did a level squish, everything got messed up so if you’re returning I honestly just recommend making a new alt, play through what you are funnelled into and then you’ll be able to do old content with no issues for the rest of your account.

An Addon completionists use is BtWQuests, which would help you find where to start the quest chain, and keep track of what you’ve already done etc.
