Trophy of Strife upgrade spent on an already upgraded weapon

I purchased the upgraded drakebreakers mallet to upgrade my 366->385, and it spent the trophies and used the weapon already upgraded to 385.

this happened to me too, lost epic weapon with enchant from last week because of this… luckly i have a screenshot to prove it on my opened ticket…(7 days response time as of now)…

I had the same issue… lost my enchant and opened a ticket hoping to get that enchant and my trophies back… guess I’ll wait for a response.

Same here spent 135k on enchants then it happened to me so i lost the enchant and trophys . blizzard auto resolved my ticket :frowning:

Has anyone received a response from blizzard yet, ticket timer is still 5 days for me

Any chance we can get a blue response on this? It just happened to me also with the Two Hander. I opened a ticket with an 8 day response window. I have not seen anything in the patch notes and it is a time gated currency. Players are losing a gated currency and it is a bug. Another thread I read I saw a GM said nothing they could do about it? That’s unacceptable as it’s a bug not a user error at all…Hoping we hear something soon.

So I did Open a ticket specifically detailing my steps and how it consumed the already upgraded item and the GM assisted in less than 24 hours. Great Customer Service. I Would not call this luck. They did a good job and will look into the defect.
