Trophies of strife upgrade were used on an already upgraded weapon

I purchased the upgraded drakebreakers mallet to upgrade my 366->385, and it spent the trophies and used the weapon already upgraded to 385.

I had this same issue, but with the Drakebreaker’s Shiv.
I’m now out of trophies and lost my enchant on my dagger :frowning:

I have an open ticket, and the item was not found in Item Restoration.

Same thing here, Hopefully blizzard will do something and refund those who have tickets open because this should not be intended… out 200k for my sophic devotion enchant that got eaten up and 7 trophies of strife
