I got my codes a couple days after I submitted my receipt. I bought 3 bags at the same time to get 3 of the pets. Got the 3 codes in emails, BUT after I redeemed the first code, I tried the 2nd code, and it said I already redeemed a code.
Seems this pet, and he is a cutie, sadly is only a 1/1 pet.
The Gummi pet I redeemed yesterday is showing in my journal as 1/3.
There’s mentions in the lengthy Trolli thread in this forum that people have successfully passed on additional codes to friends. Any possibility of you having gotten those huge codes mixed up and submitted same one twice? And have you tried the third code?
Let us know so we can be prepared if we decide to go for a second Gummi.

I tried both 2nd and 3rd and still says I can’t redeem, so I passed them on to a couple friends in Australia and they each were able to redeem them.
This promo runs till Feb of next year, if they change it so you can have three, I will just go out and get two more again…

The Trolli promotion has had its glitches since it first started (reminds me of TWW). Like I was delayed a couple days because it wouldn’t text me the code I needed to confirm I wasn’t a bot or something. Really strange your problem though.
BTW, nice of you to pass on the extras to friends.
Might have been better to buy each bag separately…so you have a receipt for each one and each receipt would be different maybe…not sure …
You know, I was just thinking that. Since they were all on 1 receipt, maybe it registered it all under the same redemption. I will buy another bag today and see if I can submit another receipt and maybe that will work.
you probably figured this out already since this thread is 6 days old, but since i stumbled here looking for an answer I will reply anyways for future generations lol.
I had 3 separate receipts from 3 separate orders, which resulted in 3 codes to redeem, but I was not able to claim more than 1. The 2nd and 3rd attempt resulted in the error “You already have access to this product.”

I am a friend who got one passed. I live in Japan (for the moment…we’re moving soon), and so my friend in the US got me one.
Just…in case that’s a relevant piece of data.
