I play both pve and pvp. My understanding is that ud racial is superior for pvp and that outweighs any small buff trolls get in pve. However, to me troll is more aesthetically pleasing but as someone who likes pvp I feel like I will regret losing that ud trinket.
Undead if you’re ever going to pvp.
Troll if you’re purely PVE.

What if I play both?
The troll racial also helps with some pushback to casters when taking damage but it’s a short window on so so cooldown. If you’re going to be PvPing mostly solo, Undead probably edges out the Troll advantage a bit, but if you’re PvPing with premades then go with the Troll.
