Not a large enough sample size, the numbers you got mean basically nothing. Plus, youāre tallying opinions in a thread geared toward the distaste for it, which skews the results. Need to get results that represent the broader playerbase.

Totally agree, but without any official polling from Blizzard and no proper platform on which to conduct it this is just about the best we could hope for.
The data itself is anecdotal at best, and the method by which it was obtained leaves much to be desired but with 97 people saying thereās something wrong that needs to be changed compared to only 13 saying itās perfectly fine Iād say itās a safe bet that the consumer on average is not impressed with the effort put in to product we paid for. Youād have to be A.) trying to make it bad or B.) hardly trying at all, or C.) Completely unfamiliar with the concepts your work is based on and therefore not suited for the project, to result in such an obvious blunder.

Fair assessment, itās probably a mix. Still not everyone checks WoW head and YouTube for leaks, and a fraction of those people use the forums. Once this goes live youāll see renewed enthusiasm for getting this changed.

Honestly I wish you all luck. We tried so hard to get Worgen armor changed and all they did was remake it better and give it to everyoneā¦
Heritage armors have turned into a pain point for a lot of people and Blizzard doesnāt seem to care all that much lately. Especially with these sets that look very underwhelming and like not much effort was put into them

Beyond the mask, another problem is most of the set looks like Troll armor pieces we have already that any race can wear, nothing really unique to Darkspear trolls. The mog Iām wearing right now looks just as much like a Troll heritage set as the elephant one.

Yeah the clipping from the mask into the females chest is pretty sloppy same deal with the belt on the male. Those are just the mechanical issues the design leave a great deal to be desired and questioned.

As I said before, Iāll say again. The mask is the biggest failing of the set. There were plenty of good ideas to use for mask, and this wasnāt one of them.
As for the colors, I do agree with the teal missing feels like its lacking a piece of the Darkspearās cultural identity.

Yeah if you look at their Headhunters and guards they wear the teal too. They are a very colorful people, just seems like if youāre going to do 2 color options teal should have been incorporated in one of them.
