Alright so, I need a set of armor that could be very troll like. Im a night elf so any help would be appreciated!

ZG (jungle troll themed) and ZA (forest troll themed) have a good amount of troll themed armor. Especially for Mail users like you. Zandalari themed zones and dungeons drop zandalari troll looking armor.
You can open up your dungeon journal and browse all the troll themed dungeons for anything that catches your fancy.

Do you have the looks for the differences between these two?
How long w ould you think it owuld take to get a full set, minus the head and other peices I hide.
All the good looking troll armors are plate.
Well for current dungeons in zandalar, you could just spam LFG and keep running instances. World quests in zandalari zones have a chance to drop additional zandalari troll themed armor as well. Just hover over the reward and see if it provides you with armor/weapons. It’s all based on rng and luck.
ZG and ZA are heroic only dungeons so they can only each be farmed once a day. So depending on your luck it may take more time with them. But there are also troll themed weapons and mounts that you can farm there as well.
If you want to see the look of the armors and weapons you can check them out in your dungeon journal.

That’s correct, sorry for not clarifying.
You can find the entrance to Zul’Gurub in northern Stranglethorn Vale.
Zul’aman can be found in the Ghostlands near the neutral flight path.
Both ZG and ZA can be found under the cataclysm section of your dungeon journal.

I have the weapon Golden Fleet Longsword. Its really good for trolls so hoping ot find something to work with it.
That weapon will fit with most of the Zandalar quest and dungeon gear actually.
So basically, just slog through Zandalar. @_@
Can I get the same armor on alliance as the horde through the dungeons?
Actually, I jsut wont worry about it. I dont have the patience for RNG in dungeons lol
You can pick up this armor from the AH, Zul Gurub, and from mobs on Isle of Thunder.
This is about as troll as you can get.
Is this what cultural appropriation is?

Regular mobs on Isle of Thunder drop all kinds of cool transmogable armor and weapons.

Cool tip! I’ve been moonlighting on the horde end as a belf, cuz i like long ears that can slap people by accident every time I change direction… ANYWAY I was loving the Zandalari gladiator (plate) set, but noticed some of the transmogs didn’t transfer over to alliance. The set comes in red and teal, but certain pieces don’t. So I checked on wowhead and found similar models which are listed as “side: none” but still fall under the same mog as the “side: horde” in collections 
Anyone else face this? I prefer replies from undead toons since this is a necro lol

ZA and ZG are really the best places.
The Throne of Thudner raid has also some nice Troll things.
If you have some time, you ca get cool things from killing mobs on the Isle of Thunder (I think mostly Zandalari, perhaps also Mogu). Some are unique (old), or recolors of ZA, ZG sets.
