Are you sure that is the case? Mages seem much easier to beat than before.
Yeah the tooltip reads the same but my sheilds are the same pre patch so the nerf isn’t correctly working.
I havent checked myself, but the change is PvP only correct? If so, the changes won’t show unless you’re in a PvP scenario I would think. In WPvP it would still be the original value.
So pretty much like fleshcraft. But I’m sure that wouldn’t be an oversight for most players atleast. The change should trigger in WPvP since it would immediately transform the setting to a PvP one right?
I don’t think it does. I think WPvP is different than instanced PvP. I could be wrong.
It’s def working in arena shields significantly lower.
