Hi, Are there Trinkets that break CC (or reduce CC) in The War Within? If yes, what are they called?

I think I saw an ilvl 637 CC breaking Trinket. But I can’t find it again. And I don’t know if it’s real.

(Not requesting the addition of these Trinkets.)
