Man, feel like I’m beating a dead horse here, but Hunter 4 delves, 4 trinkets. Druid 4 delves 4 trinkets. Really sucking the fun outta delves for me.
Feel like something has got to change.
Need so many upgrades yet…trinket, trinket, trinket.

Yeah, the massive number of trinkets that are completely worthless is either pure negligence in terms of item design or a deliberate attempt to functionally reduce/slow delve loot acquisition.
The trinkets don’t even follow loot spec - most of the delve trinkets that I get as a healer aren’t even healing trinkets.

I cant argue, i havent noticed. But weve been getting some fun trinkets in general. I just gave up the one that summons a candle. RIP little buddy.

Some trinkets absolutely BANG like the heroic energy drank I got. That monster is better than most trinkets until you get a mythic version of a raid trinket.

Actually, no one here is talking about RNG. I think we all understand that there is a random chance at winning various items.
What we’re talking about is Delves having a terrible loot table that includes far too many bad trinkets.

Yeah, I think they have Trinkets weighted more than other rewards. Weapons are on the low end I believe, since I did get 1 weapon, an never got another in a week or more lol
But who doesnt love 4 of the exact same trinket!? (Kidding)
That mastery drink thing is kinda insane
Has nearly 100% uptime so it’s just a huge raw stat trinket
All I’ve been getting is trinkets all day I keep burning coffee keys it’s getting beyond annoying

I get everything but trinkets. I would absolutely love some.
I kept getting 1h swords and bad trinkets on my war, including from my map boxes… Finally someone told me you can change your loot spec to arms to stop getting 1h’s but it sadly doesn’t fix what is already done.

Levelling in delves all I get is cloak after cloak after cloak. I’d kill for a trinket.
No, it has the normal amount of trinkets.
RNG is just making it so that you’re getting them when you don’t need them. Because that’s how RNG works.
No different than when you go transmog hunting in any Legion raid. You still get artifact items, even though you don’t need them. Why? Because they’re on the loot table and the internal RNG rolls the game makes when you kill an enemy or a boss landed on you getting those items.
But back to Delves.
When I needed a weapon, I got a helmet, bracers, and a chestpiece.
When I needed a necklace, I got a trinket, belt, and legs.
Does this mean the game has 'terrible loot tables that include far too many helmets, bracers, chiestpieces, trinkets, belts, and leg items because I didn’t get the loot I wanted? No. It just means RNG was not in my favour.
End of story.
That happened to me also, the first week of S2, and it was the same trinket every time (got Shining Arathor Insignia 4 times in the one week). Since then, though, it’s been a lot better. For me, at any rate. Still getting more trinkets than anything else, but other pieces are dropping more often.
same. one of my alts got that crappy summon a pirate thing. insta vendored. i wanna see some suspicious energy drinks, funhouse lenses and mechano-core amplifiers.
