Ideally for M+ but I really need assistance on this cause the sim tool bugs the crap outa me lately.

I know puzzle box is first slot but I’m stuck at the 2nd most of the time… I usually run with Whetstone but I also like hunger of the pack and blaze hoof. Sim says hunger is 1.5k higher overal dps so I’m confused as to what to really trust.

Wondering what other unholys run normally. (aside from grieftorch because it’ll never drop for me lol)
