Out of curiosity - what’s considered BiS atm? Mine are… okay (alchemy and a versitility pvp one) but they’re definitely feeling like the blandest bit of my gear.
I believe radens trinket with haste is best in slot.
The other bis is the pvp versatility trinket that grants strength on use.

There really isn’t any 2 BiS trinkets for blood since actual tank trinkets suck bad this tier. You are going to be swapping between a few of them.
Mythic ilvl Coral + Inkpod are still super good for single target fights.
The two haste trinkets (Wrathion and Ra den) from the raid are super strong depending on your corruption effects (TD, Stars, EV).
Torment in a Jar and Merektha’s Fang are strong in high AoE and M+.
There are also a few trinkets from M+ and PvP that are decent.

I would argue the two I listed are best for blood from an overall perspective, but yes, if you really want to max out that damage I’d definitely pick up the trinkets you listed.
Heck…even the LFR version of raden’s trinket is a huge boost over most others and torment in a jar is so good for AOE.
My favorite for general all around fun are the Humming Black Dragonscale and Torment in a Jar. I have a 460 Fang but I prefer Torment because its active every pull and takes no thought at all. The Dragonscale has a sweet speed buff which is the absolute best for m+. And you can pug both from HNYA pretty easily.
