I was looking at some PTR changes and I am a little confused

Increases you and the target’s damage by 10% 15%, and redirects all threat you cause to the targeted party or raid member, beginning with your next damaging attack within the next 30 sec and lasting 6 sec.

Does tricks increase my damage? Has it always? I always thought it was just a threat redirection

Outlaw pvp talent called Thick as Thieves. It’s being removed and becoming baseline in 9.1. AFAIK it will no longer boost your dmg, just your targets

It’s another PvP nerf to basically the worst PvP spec.
