No idea how this triggers, but sometimes my character gets in a ‘bugged’ state where it won’t consume trick shots.
So testing on the pvp dummies using volley to get a free trick shots, and then either rapid fire or aimed shot, it won’t use it. Resulting in rapid fire doing like 81-84 shots instead of 102.
I don’t know how my character gets into this bugged state but if I just start spamming dps onto targets, it will just stop working at some point and relogging does not fix it either.
Does anyone know what is happening?
Update: It does seem to work on aimed shot but now I’m maxing out on 33 shots instead of 81-84 on rapid fire or 102.
The math should be:
Rapid Fire = 10 shots
with Lock & load = 18 shots
with Aspect of the Hydra, it should be 36 shots but for some reason it’s 33-34 on 2 target cleave.
With Lock & load and Volley on 2 target cleave, it should be 18 * 2 * 2 = 72 shots but I get 66-68 shots.
With Lock & load and Volley on 3 targets, it should be 18 * 2 * 3 = 108
The most I get is 102 but when something is bugged, I’m only getting 81-84 or even sometimes only 33 hits.
So there is no consistency in this interaction and is completely bugged between Aspect of the Hydra, Lock & Load, and Trick Shots.
