Nobody votes on the theme, just joke skins and bikinis. The repeated voting to winnow it down is boring. All in all, I am inclined to just afk through it after picking my outfit. It doesn’t matter if I spend 10 minutes on my outfit, people will vote for the orc in a chef’s outfit or a belf in a bikini because LOLOLOL instead of actually meeting the objective, so it’s not very fun to sit through all 10 minutes of that. Perhaps speed up the entire thing, because I don’t think there’s anything they can do to make people actually vote based on the theme.

i said to heck with it and put my worst mog on my rogue. didn’t even bother to vote. was reading the forums. i ended up winning that one. my rogue has the shirt now. i’ve never won any other time.

The times I’ve won I went with the themes. I haven’t done yet this season, but I do have the shirt on several toons.

I just won a trial of style today on this male kul’tiran, theme was mismatched and I wore my outland clown armor 
Sometimes the voting works, even if your a thicboy like me.
I also got second place in a faction pride themed one, I used my stormwind shirt, tabard and cloak and made everything else blue and yellow, the 1st place winner was someone who had the grand marshal set, they really deserved it.

I try so hard to match the themes and I don’t think I’ve ever placed first; I do it on each armor class. I only vote for people who match the theme best and it’s honestly annoying how many people find it funny to go on stage naked or close to

It’s hard not to complain about this and not just appear ‘salty cuz you lost’, but yeah, been at this for an hour, and haven’t even made top three yet. All winners have been off theme.

Is there something new to get this time around? Think I was done with it all the first time we had Fashion Week.
They have seasons.

I just know that mog costs are free this week. Do I need to do the fashion show crap?
There are new outfits put in every time we have the trial of style, if you have your tokens from the last time you can just buy the new stuff. If you think it’s crap don’t do it. I was just trying to be helpful.

I love Trial of Style. I’ve won with some questionable outfits. I’ve had people tell me it was BS mine won when there was someone with a better outfit and I’ve agreed.
I’ve managed to get the shirt on every class and I still go in to see everyone else’s outfits. I always vote to the theme but will sometimes just not like someone’s outfit. Some people try, some people don’t.

I’ll admit it, I get a little salty when someone wins and all they did was put on a tier set. A pre-made tier set! Where is the creativity in that?

I don’t mind the tier sets really. It’s not wholly creative but someone still had to run multiple raids to get it and I can appreciate the effort.
My saltiest moments are when I lose Tabard time to someone who doesn’t even have a tabard equipped.

Yeah I just go in with my brother and a guildie and autowin till we have the currency to get all the collectibles.
