Trial of Style not working?

I am trying to queue in the Trial of Style, but no transmog NPC in the bigger cities (including the one next to the trading post) is giving me the option to participate. I am missing something? The last time I did it without problem.

Edit: I forgot about the time zones :rofl: my bad there :rofl:
