Any suggestions on how to make this quest appear? I’m currently level 37 with 225 first aid.

The quest just popped up for me as I hit 225 right in front of the guy.
Are you in the right place? Horde is Hammerfall in Arathi last house on the right leaving town.

Try /reload and see if it shows.
The only other thing I can think of is if you’ve learned Mageweave bandage from the book? But I don’t think thats a requirement.
If I could post pictures I would, I’ve learned Mageweave already. I don’t know what’s going on.

Have you tried completely backing out of the game?
I was having some issues with my clock and bags not opening this morning and /reload didn’t work but I closed the game restarted bnet and that did it.
Had this problem for the past two days, I log in and out constantly and /reload for UI problems.

It was just yesterday I did the quest and I had no issues with it.

Im also having the same issue Lvl 41, 225 first aid and nothing.
Add me to the stuck group. Lvl 45, 225 first aid, no Mageweave bandage and no quest option.
You shouldn’t be having issues forcing you to constantly reload for UI problems. Are you running a lot of addons? I would disable them all, close and re-open wow, and see if the quest is available.
I’d also only slowly turn on the addons again, in an attempt to figure out what is causing all the issues.
Obviously I’m guessing here, but addons are often the cause of issues like this so I hope this helps!
Did you first pick up the quest from the Org first aid trainer? I don’t know if that’s a requirement but it’s worth a shot

He won’t give you the quest if someone is currently doing it.

This was the problem I had. I just had to wait and he popped up with the yellow ! above his head. I’m not sure if this is the problem OP is having, though

Most likely others are doing the quest. Only one person can do it at a time and it’s like a 5 min? Quest. You just have to wait. If that’s not it, submit a ticket.
