It seems the achievements for Treasures of …insert zone name are bugged.
Only certain items require maps. The other items cannot be seen/looted if they were completed on a different character.
As an example… i cannot see Dead Man’s Chestplate in Waking Shores on my current character because the i already have the apperance from a different character who got achievement credit. So now I have multiple characters with varying parts of the achievement that seemingly are unable to be replicated on multiple characters.
Ergo, I am blocked from getting the achievement.
Please update these to be blue/accountwide so all characters update. As it stands if you do a couple items on multiple characters you are completely stuck.
I’m also experiencing this. An example is Bubble Drifter. I have the pet, so at some point I was able to get the treasure, but since it’s not account wide no credit towards the achievement. For whatever reason, the plant no longer is purple (therefore unclickable) and i can’t interact with the fish. Please make treasures account wide
Edited: I left my earlier post of what I tried, but I tried it on a char on another server, and was able to get credit for this one and another one that wasnt giving me credit on my main server (since I already had them before). I am unsure if my problem was TWW pre-patch causing achievement issues. But found a solution for this bug, though wish it wasn’t needed lol.

I am also having this problem, I have checked on multiple characters, and remember getting this item.
I have the transmogs it unlocks in my account, and flew to the location on multiple characters.
I even went as far as waisting gold to transmog the item to see if that would give me credit (that failed obviously lol).
Going to try doing the others in the achievement and see if its just a false negative.
