The Laughing Podling needed for a part of the Treasures of Emerald Dream achievment does not spawn in it’s location.
Is it a phasing issue? When I am in the Shallow Crossing area of the map and peak to where he needs to spawn - you can see the Laughing Podling visibly. When you step closer it despawns.
Fix? Known bug? What is going on here.,

What is the spawn timer on this mob?
I have been camping it from 09:00 to 14:00 UTC on Silvermoon EU and no sign of the bugger.
Is it bugged?
I found that finishing the quests in the area made it pop up. NOT saying its full-proof as I haven’t tested it on other characters but you can start with that and see if you can get it then. Complete the zone in full.
for anyone still struggling with this achievement in tww, I just flew in and used an interact key to interact before he disappeared and it worked
