I’m on an alt trying to get sparks of life and treasures are not showing on my minimap.
I got the treasure map from Dragonscale xpedition quartermaster and looted the goblet but that didn’t change anything.
Why can’t I find treasures?
(if you are referring to the unique treasures)
I believe that you now have to get lucky and have a quest-starting item drop for each unique treasure. I say “believe” because across all my alts so far, I’ve only had 3 or 4 drops and none recently … so I might be doing it wrong.
Is there a setting on the main map screen for these?
Talking about the expedition packs you just find anywhere that can give 5 sparks of life.
Oh well in that case, those things are just super rare some days and I don’t have a reliable way to tell between a broken display and your world just being picked clean.
All you should need is renown 2 dragonscale expedition rep on one character and they unlock account-wide.
Buried treasures (renown 5) require you to have a shovel in your pack to appear on the map.
I find them on all of my characters, some days are better than others… The other day when I WANTED some, I couldn’t find a one. Just more of Blizzard rng I suppose.
