So I just got the weekly Treasure Map, used it, and I got a mission for a 310 green.
I think the game has finally broken me. I’m not even mad now. Just.. okays.
It’s a transmog piece from the island drop pool. Some of them have decent value.

I feel like it’d be nice to have the choice of reward. 5k, 2k ap, a pet, a mount, transmog, or chalk is a pretty big variance to leave to rng.

Whoa there big boy. Choice? You might get off the hamster wheel if you got to choose an item/gold/etc you actually want, and Blizz won’t allow that.

The only reason I even mention it is that, a good friend of mine (absolute casual-type player) would love to get more of the pets and t-mog drops. Doesn’t care much for mounts, gold is largely immaterial and he couldn’t care less about AP or Chalk.
Me, I’m on the other end, I can never have enough AP or Chalk, gold is nice, but I don’t give half a damn about cosmetics. Everyone has their own way to play, and islands throwing one mans trash and another man’s treasure, etc, etc. Quite silly.
