Hello i am very dumb, do you have to fill the bar all the way to 2000points to unlock he “arsenal:crests of the kingdom”, monthly reward?
Because the reward appears in the middle of the bar, and makes it look you only have to get 1/2 of the full bar to unlock,

No, you don’t have to fill the whole bar for it.
The Trader’s Log Progress shows the rewards at each number of completion you earn. Usually, you earn some number of Tender as you go along the line.
But if a reward is shown at 1000, then you just need to reach 1000 to earn it.
Now im even more confused as im past where the “shield” reward is on the bar but can’t see them unlocked in appearances. hmm 
Have you tried taking it from the Chest? Right-click the big reward Chest at the Trader’s Post.

Completing the entire Traveler’s Log for November 2024 will enable you to get the bonus 500 Trader’s Tenders they included this month. That is why the bar is longer than it normally is for a month.
Subscribed players receive 500 Tenders automatically each month they are subscribed.
Then we get another 500 Tenders for completing the Traveler’s Log.
Sometimes there are bonus Tenders awarded through promotions. November 2024 gave out a bonus 500 Tenders.
This month, the bar has been extended, allowing you to earn an additional 500 Trader’s Tender through a variety of activities and expanding your spending power at the Trading Posts.
So all in all, during November 2024, a subscribed player will receive 1500 Tenders (if they complete the Traveler’s Log).
