Why is this still bugged? Its been almost 2 months and it still has the speed of the old flying mounts

I think it might be fixed? It feels like it now travels the same speed as other steady mounts but idk how to check because my speed addons are not working.
I take it back, it is still going 410% while steady flight mounts are at the new 520%.
Blizz, please fix
