I farmed the cloak, and read where I’m Alliance that I need to get started by speaking to Quartermaster Alfin in Vol’Dun, however he’s not where Google shows he’s at when I go out there. I didn’t have this account in BFA so I’m assuming there’s probably some questing I’m missing?
