I noticed there’s a recolor of the Trapper’s Munitions quiver on a Warsong Grunt and Horde Soldier NPC, it’s basically just brown instead of green with an orange gem instead of a light green gem. Is this available to players or just an NPC item for now? Anyone know definitively?

doesn’t seem like it. there do appear to be icons for light brown & dark brown variations of both the quiver and the shot pouch (here and here, respectively), but none of them are currently used on any transmog items. the two brown quiver icons are unused entirely
they may become available eventually. unfortunately it’s impossible to know when
