Twisting Corridors, Layer 1, Floor 11 (Fracture Chambers
There is a section with a rune on the floor which causes a gate to lift and lower. I have discovered that it is possible to be stuck in that gate if it closes on you (possibly in conjunction with the Glasswing Charm anima power which turns you into a cloud of insects).
At this time, I have yet to find a solution which frees me from this issue without potentially abandoning my run.
There was a lever on the other side of the gate that you could pull to get out. Are you out of interact range with it? If you are Night Fae you could try a Soulshift blink or if Venthyr a Door of Shadows to try and clip your way out.
Alternatively, can you use the “stuck” command to kill your character and restart at the entrance?
I’m out of range of the lever. Soulshift won’t free me, shapeshifting doesn’t help, I haven’t found any useful toys or potions with which to interact from my lovely point near the ceiling…
Oh, and there’s no longer a stuck command. The new “auto-service” feature offered to knock me offline and teleport me to Westfall, which is arguably -worse- of a solution than just hearthing out. I just don’t want to have to start my run all over… 
WTB way to instantly die, but I can’t even attract the attention of any angry mobs here.
