Seen these on Jdotb’s stream, was wondering if anyone knows how to get them? Can’t find a WA or Addon. Hoping it’s not ElvUI because I really hate Elv but REALLY want transparent chat bubbles.

In theory, though, that should mean an addon or a WA could duplicate the effect. I’m just extremely loath to even contemplating digging into ElvUI’s code base to figure out how they do it.
