I really think that Blizzard should add transmog into Classic and let us use what we have already saved on retail. This would really make the game funner because we would look so powerful on an old school game.

You can’t use an xmog unless you’re the level for it so you would never be able to use future set mogs anyway

I think no. Uber-looking gear should be earned.
You young kids need to know what it’s like to carry around another set of gear for PVP/RP/Whatever in your tiny bags alongside your 5 stacks of reagents, potions, food, etc. It’s character-building, so suck it up.

People will just transmog the old fashioned way, wearing a wierd mishmash of greens and blues in cities, you only put your work gear on when you go out to do stuff.
