I’m not advocating to bring transmogging to classic, but rather, will we be able to take things we get in classic to retail?
Particularly things that were removed, like Rhok’delar, or the Zulian Tiger …etc? Or will the systems be that separate that we can’t?
Already been answered by the Classic team, its going to be treated as 2 separate games. No link besides the sub.
Another first post asking for an easily googled answer… but nope won’t be able to do that
Probably would be pretty easy to google, wasn’t exactly difficult to ask here either, so that’s the route I went with /shrug
“No” -blizzard
I found this for you.
No transmog will not be available and items you get will not transfer. People rolling on things in classic so they could transmog them in retail would be gameplay altering, non vanilla.
0 posts. No ability to click stickies. Only interested in taking things from Classic to be used in retail.
Q&A Sticky
Q: Are the items you obtain in Classic going to transfer over to your modern/BfA account?
A: No. It’s really important to the developers that the two ecosystems are kept separate.
Linked rewards would cause several issues for the classic community including but not limited to:
Increased loot ninjaing.
Increased player turnaround.
Increased distrust between players.
