I am pretty much for # no changes, but there are some things I personally would like in classic. I play Classic because I like the gameplay mechanics and the way the classes play.
Would adding transmog really be bad for the game? I like the look of some of the dungeon sets, and would love to be able to transmog them and use them even as I progress through the game.
I know many of you playing now never stayed with the game and never got to try out the transmog system, but all it does is give you the ability to tweak the look of your toon.
Some of the benefits would be more people would want to do older dungeons to hunt for gear pieces they want for transmog which in turn would help new players and alts find groups for lower level dungeons. Would that be bad? Thoughts on this subject? Thx!

I would also like void storage. Throwing away the santa hat because of a lack of space makes me sad.
A graphics toggle would be nice. I ran through MC on retail the other day to test pull patterns and was really blown away by the new models. The new corehounds are breathtaking, and it would be nice to have them.
If they add transmog I’ll just play a dime a dozen warrior and roll need on everything since there’s nothing I can’t equip (except tier and maybe wands?)

In classic people don’t act like d-bags because they won’t get invited into teams again. It’s actually one of the really cool differences between that and retail.
Yes I did not think about that aspect and can see where your coming from. I think it is a shame to have some really nice looking set pieces that look great, but cannot be used any longer.
I get it, I love transmog hunting in retail. It, just has pretty big negatives too. Check the AH for different low level stuff and you’d see what I mean.
Well retails inflation has a lot to do with that. Everyone knows most long time retail players have tons of gold stashed and will pay up for something they want. Here would probably be similar except gold is a little harder to gain with the exception of a few players that have already capitalized. I still would love the chance to be in my Tier set and look like my dungeon set I got earlier in the game.
I agree with Megapower. In retail I have over 200k gold, and in classic when at 500 I’m feeling loaded.
If I see a transmog set for 5k in retail I’ll pick it up on a whim. 50g for a transmog set in classic would be something I’d really have to ask myself if I wanted.
On the plus side, it would give lowbies looking for a way to get gold another method of earning some. I like the idea of opening new markets.
You can farm transmogs all day in retail (they call it World of Collectioncraft for a reason) since it’s basically a solo game and you are restricted in what you can wear. Retail caters to it.
Classic does not have restrictions and most BiS gear isn’t a primary armor type. I’m on a very high pop server, dominant faction, if you’re not in my guild I have no idea who you are nor care what you do. There’s simply too many people to keep tabs on and too many others I can group with anyway.
Remember, when classic launched people complained about warriors rolling on staves even if they were good for them, hunters and melee weapons, now imagine the situation where they gotta catch 'em all, cuz “My Transmog”.
Another main reason transmog would not be good for classic is a lot of weapons, and tier pieces look unique. You know by looking at a character what they are wearing without inspecting them.
Pass. We have plenty of sweet looking armor sets. Tier bonuses are fun. If I want uniform gear, I can collect all those pieces (in fact, I plan to collect and actually use them!)
