There’s actually a reason for it (and I was gonna type it up before I got sidetracked lol).
Eliarc here is a bit of a cinnamon roll as far as personality goes. He works with the Tortollans as a guard; one of the turtle grandmas was like “YOUNG LADY YOU NEED TO LOOK PRETTIER” and put the flower crown on his head. He was confused at first, but thought it was a heartwarming gesture and decided to keep it.

Looks good but there is something off about that helmet and shoulders for me.

edgelord hippy , sadly it doenst look this good because of many white spots and too many different variant of yellow in the transmog + the red crytal of the weapon clashes with the blue crystal of the hood
7/10 - purple and greens are always rough
9/10 green is my favorite color and it appears to match your eyes 
PS. Someone find me a better bow for this tmog of mine.
