I’d rather tattoos for every race, personally. Lots of variety, too.

But I’ll settle for shirts.

Personally, I’d rather them just implement them into customisations.

— I mean heck, even if they were ‘unlockable’ customisations via content – I’d be cool with that too. lol

On one hand, I’m all for it. On the other hand “presence of tattoo” is literally all some allied races have left.

Mag’har orc, kind of. But especially Lightforged draenei. Normal draenei can already get really close to their eye, skin and hair tones.

They don’t have much left to give.

I’d rather unique Tattoos/fur paint for different races. Unique styles for each race. Don’t link it to a transmog. Make it something we can transmog around. Make it part of our characters.
