So, just a random thought. Are there any weapon/armor transmogs you are genuinely surprised don’t exist?
For me, it’s a basic black bow. The one I’m using is the closest, and it’s dark blue. When I made this mog, I was shocked there wasn’t a single black bow without some sort of overpowering accent color.
The closest I could find was the Path of Ascension Kyrian Bow. But I did that achievement on my Paladin and you could literally never pay me enough money in the world to do it on another toon, let alone the 3 I would need for all the transmogs.
Likewise, I’m surprised we don’t have any whips. We have them on a few NPCs, but not players. I get why they might be avoiding them, but they are still a legitimate weapon.
All the common and grey quality gear that doesn’t have a transmoggable equivalent, regular pants for mail-wearers without one weird thing going on that ruins them. Additionally, no real ring options yet even though we’ve been wearing them forever.
Unrelated. Why does wearing some stinky little ring increase my health by 3000? I’d like to wear rings on all eight fingers if this is what’s what! And all seventy toes! (You can’t see the rest because they’re on the inside of my cute little gnome feet)
Types of pieces:
Long versions of the racial cloaks
More silver-edged capes/cloaks
More basic circlets of every armor type in different colors
More pink armor and weapons

The red version of Sunfury that seems to be exclusively used by NPC belf rangers since Mists (or Cata? I think it showed up first as a bow in Isle of Thunder)
Every time I see Blackhand’s helm I die a little inside knowing warriors don’t have that helm mog but shamans do have something close to it. How is that fair art department? Huh? You were the chosen one! Please right your wrongs, and don’t go to the dark side like the balance department.
I’ve been wanting solid black armor, weapons, enchants for the longest. I also want more real looking guns with better sounds. Tired of the small, cartoony guns we keep getting. I want rifles. Also would love better scythes.
If it’s in game we should be able to reskin with it.
Agree completely. Can only wear two rings? That’s fingerist! All fingers should have one. Just like trinkets. We can only have two? Yet I can pick ears that are multipierced? How do I have 4 piercings with only two trinkets?
I genuinely wish that they would re-add items that were removed in revamps of dungeons like Alanna’s Embrace from Scholomance, the Bloodsoaked Kilt from ZG, and so on up the line.
Since your on the Council, maybe you could pass this question also to the Devs? It seems to me like it would be a real improvement to the game if they allowed Plate Wearers to also transmog Mail, and Mail Wearers to likewise transmog Leather.
Back in the day, a lot of those items were used by said classes until 40. Doesn’t seem right that we can’t transmog them even if we’ve had them forever. Don’t even get me started on the fact that the Frostwolf armor set from WoD, isn’t even usable on Shamans.
The one item however that I am shocked doesn’t exist, is the solid black cape.
I found it really weird that Blizzard didn’t make an Azerite themed weapon illusion in BFA, especially for PvP. Coming off of Legion with demonic tyranny that matched the theme of the expansion and just looked really cool, we got dreadflame in BFA s1 randomly after they were told that the enchant was missing when you’d hit 2100. It’s pink and black flames and doesn’t match the theme of the expansion at all.
Was really expecting a blue and yellow sparkly enchant similar to the blue and black one from WoD or red/black or green/black from MoP and Legion. That visual effect was everywhere so leaving it off of weapon illusions seemed weird.
