Hello, I have an issue with the monk set “Vestments of the Seven Sacred Seals”

In the above image you can see that it says I have not unlocked the chest and hands for this set even though in the past I have transmogged the chest.

In this second image you can see I went to SoO to get the chest again to see if that would fix it and it did not. It does not say You haven’t collected this appearance. I tried another monk character to see if maybe it was just this character but it also is not unlocked on others. This issue applies to both the chest piece and the hands for me. I hope you can help me finish this set as it’s my favorite monk set.

Hi Legatus!

In your Sets window, notice the dropdown menu at the top-right that says “Normal.”

Click that to change the raid difficulty. You may find a different color variant was unlocked. Most raids have different recolors for different difficulties.

I don’t believe this is it, in both normal and heroic neither the chest or the hands say You haven’t collected this appearance. I’m pretty sure they share the same model (normal and heroic)

There are four variants of the piece corresponding to each raid difficulty. Take a peek here:

The version you have transmogged in your screenshot looks like LFR’s, but the light could be playing games.

Raid Finder and Mythic has different colors but Normal and Heroic both share the same colors. The chest I obtained in the 2nd image is the color I’m looking for, I got it from the normal raid

There’s a chance you could be facing a UI issue. You may want to try a full UI reset.

Before you do that though, are you unable to find the chest piece after searching the transmogrification menu (the window that pops up when you’re transmogging your gear) for the chest slot?

Ok this is crazy I was running heroic SoO again just now to see if maybe heroic would unlock it and https://www.wowhead.com/item=103834/robes-of-the-blackened-watcher dropped and I unlocked the transmog, they share the same model as the Tunic but according to wowhead it is no longer obtainable. Wow it just hit me, all of the items in my seven seals collection aren’t seven seals items but different items with the same model, I think maybe the seven seal items might be bugged.
