Transmog wont hurt anything and will add plenty to the expansion.

It’s a bit better.
But it will still affect players behavor in-game even if it’s client-sided. Some people may need items just for the appearence.
I would prefer Blizzard allowing Imorph then it’ll clearly have 0 impact on the game & the players and you’ll be able to look the way you want to.

Works for me. There’s not really anything wrong with people showing high level appearances, it’s not like they also added a tier set cash shop… Yet.
Is transmog effects disabled in arena on retail? That’s the only place I can imagine it being a real issue. Anyone trolling by wearing lvl 20 greens transmogged into t6 can be spotted pretty easy by looking at mana/health pools.

No one but you cares about your armor. If someone is mogged to low level greens but have tier or arena sets this bothers you? No one in classic can get access to tbc raid or arena gear without doing it. If someone wants to look like a lowbie how would that ruin your experience? There are no ways to one shot raid bosses or buy appearances with marks of honor.

To be honest, if Transmog was in classic I would transmog to all green gear appearances to deceive people. Then own them in a pvp duel…rofl

Well you aren’t playing the “original game” to begin with, classic is a vastly improved version of vanilla… I don’t care about transmog, but as I’ve said a dozen times on this… if someone’s experience effects yours, that’s your problem, not theirs.
Transmog is cool, but it removed two things about the game that I really loved:
- Being able to easily tell what class/gear level you’re looking at, visually
- Only well-geared people looking badass.
Hard no on transmog before Cataclysm.

WHAT? Have you SEEN the clowns we become when we go through the portal? Oh, my word the non-tier sets are ugly, and mis matched and . . yea. . I used to say I went from looking cool to looking like a clown
