Transmog grey and white items

Especially those from the panderian starting zone.

It’s a complete and utter shame blizzard hasn’t done this yet.

This would be so helpful! It’s not letting me transmog my backpiece and that is a little disappointing :frowning:

(repeating myself because someone raised this again)

I’d like to see an inscription item which can be applied to white/gray items to make them soulbound in order to use them for transmog.

But that would be fun. Fun is not allowed.

Yes, please. I’d love to transmogrified my chest to the White Wedding Dress and hide everything else but that and shoes, then run around fighting in that.

We can run around dressed in a blizzcon onesie or as a sprite darter so why not? It’s actually less silly than the things blizzard sells in the shop.

So much this. They’re great, unique models and they just go to waste.

That sounds perfect! Inscription would be useful again and people get transmog!

To be fair, the one you linked may not be the best example. That set can be added to your appearances just by making a class trial. :slightly_smiling_face:

The weapons or the armor? I do have the armor. But if I could get my hands on that 2 handed sword I’d be a happy chappy.

or…hear me out we skip the item that’s not needed and just make them able to be tmogged.

Oh! My bad. I missed the weapons.

I would also love to see white and grey items moggable. some of them have a worn down look that, call me crazy, but I would love to occasionally don on this toon…

Why would I call you crazy? The war-torn battle-scarred look can be a very good one, especially for warrior types.

This is a brilliant solution! Would be nice if some could become cosmetic as well. I need more Top Hats!

Yes please!

well… one of the very base requirements of transmog, is that the item needs to be soulbound.

…otherwise, everyone can just pass it around for the appearance.

the point of having an item to apply to the gear, is to make it soulbound and eligible to mog.

But would it matter that everyone could have grey and white mogs?

sure… why wouldn’t it matter?

some are pretty rare drops.

it would also create a market which didn’t previously exist.
