Similar to shoulders, it would open up some amazing combos with transmog.
Do we know if there’s a technical limitation to implementing this?

yeah i wish wrists & gloves were treated like shoulders.
I have been using the Trading post flower wrist guards, which looks amazing (only apply to one wrist)…but i need to apply bracers or arm bands to my free hand which is completely bare!

I want to be able to transmog separate shoulder slots that aren’t locked in to an item’s original configuration.
Like if I want to mog into a piece of gear that features two separate appearances for each shoulder, I want to be able to pick the same look for my right and left pauldrons.
And, yes, gloves, too.

The model’s UV on player characters are symmetrical 'cept for the head, meaning if you change the texture, it will show up on both sides.
The simple but resource intensive fix i would imagine would be to clone the textures below (After raising the height to 1024 to make it a complete square) and put one side of the UV to the bottom texture where it acts as the left side. At least that’s how i did it on Blender while using my models for art. At least on the art design front that is.*

Yes. One big’ol heavily armored arm, and one with just a bracer. The fiddler crab approach to medieval weaponry and armor.
I do specifically for the DK tier set being the brightest colorful set i’ve seen lately. I love mismatching everything.

You put on a pair of shoes, it would look kinda of ridiculous with mismatched feet!

I accept, these items that work in pairs would be good for the transmog.
It’s just that even though I didn’t want to say it because it’s funny, but it might happen and arrive for a future thread, let’s have the same thing with the boots, or legs.

Along the same line, I would love the ability to simply HIDE my offhand or mainhand weapon.
Still hope this happens someday. A lot of asymmetrical shoulders would look baller if you could double-up on either model.
