Transformers one is a good movie

Transformers one is perhaps the most if not thy best transformers movie out of the rest from the franchise as a whole.

It is the best Transformers movie. Even better than the 1986 movie, aka the only other animated transformers movie to get a theatrical release.

Runtime is 1 hour 40 min with a mid and post credit scene. The Regal theater I went to had about 25 min of trailers.

While being PG, this is a movie for everyone not just for kids. If you grew up on Transformers: Prime, this movie has the same composer. For those that didn’t, the music is really good. As is the acting, action scenes, and cinematography. Speaking of action, it’s pretty violent but not gratuitous.

The only bad thing was some jokes didn’t work for me and the marketing was way off.

Solid 8/10 movie.

Prime music was definitely in there

It’s now out digitally! I feel that’s way too soon for a September released movie, but it does give more people the chance to legally watch THE best Transformers movie. It’s a new universe so you don’t need to worry about continuity or stupid humans ruining every scene they’re in.

I haven’t seen it yet, but heard good things. Best of which is the lack of humans.

I liked it. Definitely one of the best feature films of the franchise in a long time. The story was an interesting take on the origins of the Transformers, it was an interesting twist on the character of Megatron, and I really liked the animation style.

My only criticism is how they portrayed Bumblebee. Yes, I know he’s not called Bumblebee in the movie, but I think it’s pretty obvious that B-127 is suppose to be a young Bumblebee. But, it’s still not as bad as the Bayformers portrayal of the character.

This is probably like one of my top three criticisms of the live-action Bayformers movies. Waaaay to much focus on the humans in a franchise that should be all about a war between the 50ft tall robots that turn into cars and tanks and stuff.

Is the lack of the titular Transformers being bereft of any personality or characterization in that top three?

i have a hard time believing that it can be better than the 1986 film because it does not have that rockin’ soundtrack

Objectively it is due to being written as a movie and not a means to push a new line of toys. There is a reference to one of those songs in the movie though.
