I heard someone on the server was helping with cross faction trades to get things like Lionheart Helms, and other things. I bet you could setup a similar deal to get HotW.
It still doesn’t fix the population problem. Server was great until the doomsayers started spouting off about Jom, and everyone jumped ship.

I’m still loving my dead open world. Free reign on world nodes and rare mobs. Travel around and experience the world and new rare area’s before you can’t without getting PVP’d

To what end and for what purpose? Whats the point without having other players to interact with? Might as well just run a single player bootleg classic server of your own, why pay blizzard for the experience of playing classic wow by yourself? Makes no sense.

There’s quite a few people who think this way. They can’t play games without everything being accessible to them. They pay later down the line however with abysmal server economies and no friends

WoW community is bizarre.
All you sheeple that rolled pvp but don’t actually want pvp are one of the main reasons the servers are as messed up as they are.

This is correct. People roll on pvp servers and doom about it and reroll or quit. Pops are also skewed with players who take 6 months to hit 60 when those player counts are irrelevant as they don’t continue to play at 60. This is why 1 pve and 1 pvp should have been the model from the start. Tbh som just had no clear direction from the beginning and players like the guy dodging the question are part of wows volatile nature when there is low participation to begin with
That makes 2 of us. Youd find more life in a graveyard than what you will find here. I re reolled my stuff. Made a sham. This is my 5th reroll for SOM cuz my servers keep dying. I dont do any research into how good a server is before I go there. I just pick the one with the coolest name and when that one dies I move over to the next coolest name. That is seriously how I have been choosing what server to play on in SOM.

Before launch, they called Mutanus the “unofficial RP-PvP server” so those of us from grob and deviate delight decided to go there, but apparently there weren’t enough of us interested in SoM to make a viable server.

RP have always been hit or miss with MMOs. They are either super populated or they have next to nothing.
