when will there be free transfers off this server? the que gets worse by the day for this server, and the only way everyones willing to re roll or change servers is a free transfer off of it. Seeing how the que is 25k+ players in a 6-10hr que daily, we need free transfers off of it. Expecting players to all re roll due to blizzards fault of having 2 servers on release is not realistic, open up free transfers and lets fix this unplayable mess of a server.

You picked the streamer server?
Would venture to guess from most of the posts I saw here for at least a couple of weeks before launch that there was a loud and constant stream of threads about Faerlina being very croweded if for no other reason, because of the streamer viewers.
Canât say I have a lot of sympathy for you.

Iâm there to watch the fireworks because itâs not going to be a dead server and once all of the minions turn into ninjas just like a certain streamer, itâs going to be amusing.
you go where your friends go, if you played on a dead server in vanilla you would understand why we didnt want to play on a dead one again, my old server could hardly fill 2 raid groups. This is beyond anything anyone predicted for que though, few hours sure, not half a day and climbing.

there were 3-4 servers at launch. I am currently still on the server I reserved my character names on. all this time you spent waiting in que to log in could have been used on another server and youâd be at the same level if not higher by now. blizzard warned us of high ques. not their fault you didnât listen. I havnt had a que to log in since Tuesday but weâll see what happens when the weekend warriors log on after work today.
Iâll bet you a silver there are no free transfers coming.

friends wanted high pop, and there was only 4 pvp servers, they were all slammed full, it didnt matter which one we tried to get on.

These post keep coming up and people keep disagreeing with the issue because they are unaware or ignoring some key mechanical probelms
- for us east pvp, the first 6 realms (faerlina, herod, thalnod, stalagg, skarem, and incendius) all have massive queues. At 6pm est they have a combined 90k people queued at that time.
- several groups have already rerolled to run into similar issues. Incendius on monday, krom on tuedays. They arenât willing to move again
- assuming everyone could transfer and we balanaced the east pvp community out to the 5 servers thar have been added, than all of the servers would have, it would drive up those queues by hours
Based on Tuesdays numbers (us east maxed around 98k combined queue), and assuming yesterdayâs fix added a 3k cap to the servers, and adding bene and the new one from today to take us to 11 servers, you could pull half the queued people in. That would still leave every server with. 4-5k queue, which is going to be 3+ hours.
What i am saying is that if you are on a server with no/minimal queue, dont act like a butthole to people that are on high queue servers, thank them for eating that turd for you and join them in demanding blizzard fix this, with higher caps until the tourists are gone, or caps now and splits/free transfers later if these arent tourists.

Ok. The devs (or whatever that Ion guy is called) did say that there would be queueâs. I guess itâs worse than what you thought. I can buy that.

Seriously. I am getting so sick of people throwing up ridiculous arguments suggesting anyone facing queues only has themselves to blame.
I took Blizzardâs advice:
-Didnât reserve a name.
-Waited until new PVP realm released a few hours before launch(Incendius) alongside all our friends.
-There are absolutely massive queues starting as early as 3PM every single day thus far.

I donât mind the queues, but damn the community on this server is awful. I wouldnât mind a server transfer but Iâll probably just reroll somewhere else.

They said queues would be there for high pop. The problem is all the pvp servers were full before launch. The originals, the pre-launch new ones, and the launch day ones are all full, the 2nd day servers are high-full, and the newest servers are high.
Iâm happy for people that can get in to play, but they grossly underestimated the pop for pvp servers.
3 US est pvp servers to 10 as of last night, with 9/10 being full and almost 100k people in the queues around 7pm est.
How many of you could be off that far at work and your boss be like âmehâ.

Yes just like any expansion launch, for 15 years. If you didnât go into this expecting queues you havenât been paying attention and as players we need to recognize that we can expect and plan for it and be pleasantly surprised if something doesnât come up and itâs smooth. Itâs also reasonable to consider that the massive increase on the server for a short period of time, is going to happen no matter how prepared, that many people will cause an impact.
I quit taking time off on launch day years ago.

Hey little buddy! Iâll walk you through it. Just follow these steps! 
- After starting up WoW, do you see the little âChange Realmâ button underneath the queue number? Click on that to get started! (Itâs been there the whole time if you can believe it! But no worries, most people miss it their first time around.)
- Find a realm that you and your friends (if you have any!) can agree on, preferably one with a lower queue!
- Click on the name of the realm in the list, to select it. Then click âOkayâ at the bottom right. If there is no queue, youâre on the right track! Way to go! But if there is a big bad queue, just try this step again, but select a different realm name this time. Try to avoid the realms âHaroldâ and âWhitemanâ, as theyâre also know to have big bad queue monsters.
- Proceed to create your character! (This is the fun part!)
- Once youâve finished creating your character and given them a great name, click the âEnter Worldâ button at the bottom. And voila! Youâve transferred off Faerlina, easy as one, two, three, (four, five, haha!)

Clicked herod, higher que than faerlina launch day, whitemane insane que, stallag insane que. Guess ill join them on fairlina they are all the same. 3 days later fairlina even worse with new servers popping up that we never had the option to choose, nobody new is choosing these?. My people are lvl 25+, its not as simple as re rolling especially when the others have ques too, how do you know which one will stay reasonable and which ones wont.
Do you know how many people followed those steps over the last two days, only to still be sitting in a 10k+ queue on their new server?
Do you think itâs logical or reasonable to expect people to simply keep rerolling, over and over again, until Blizzard comes to their senses and accepts they grossly underestimated the demand for Classic? Itâs not like getting to level 20 in Classic is an enormous time sink, or anything.
