Can we get a PST and EST PvP realm opened up and give free server transfers for a few days only for people from Grobbulus onto those two realms?
We got a bunch of PvPbroz from the other PvP realms rolling here with no intention of RP’ing, this would be a good opportunity to flush them out like a bad burrito so those of us who want to use the RP-PvP realm for it’s intended purpose can log in.
And the PvPbroz get to keep their progress/names/guilds/etc.

Totally optional, dude. Plenty would go for it, they should be allowed the option.
If they have awful names or are openly being disruptive to others, then right Click Report them for violating the rules of the server.
If you want an RP-PVP server then you have to do your part to create a community and part of that is making sure Non-Rpers respect the ruleset or are punished for it.
I reported 15 people last night in less than an hour because they were bored people from PvP servers with names like Buttchugg. They have no interest in being on my server nor RPing, so a forced name change or a chat with a GM should incentivize them to leave and go somewhere more their aesthetic.
And as soon as possible I will be forming “pest control” raids to Goldshire’s Inn on DD to counter the idea that my server’s name is an invitation for ERPers to violate the ruleset by openly ERPing and attracting unwelcome elements.
If you want the Classic WoW Experience, you have to expect this on an RP server. Because this IS how it was in Vanilla. We had to report people and we had to form a community to ostracize those who chose not to abide by the server ruleset.
If you choose to role on an RP server and you don’t abide by the RP server ruleset, you are violating the ToS and CoC. So no, they don’t have that right UNLESS they follow the rules.
You can still to that and also make it more convenient for them to go to a realm more compatible with their playstyle. It’s not an either/or proposition.
This idea would make it worthwhile for a lot of them. Others will choose to stay and that’s ok.

While I agree with reporting people with unsavory names, I dont think bullying people to play the way you want to, or to RP in a way that you believe is fitting is right. If people want to be degenerates in goldshire, let them. Because this isn’t vanilla wow, there are changes to the game, just like how the people who played it back in 2004 changed.
Yup, I know a group of like 8 people who went their purely because it was lower population and easy to get into.

I am a roleplayer player and i think it doesnt matter too much, if ppl want to roleplay is great, they are guilds about it like my, but if ppl doesnt want to, is your game and your decision even the name they pick,

Only if they keep it contained to party/guild/whisper or their private chat channels. There’s literally no reason for it to be seen by anyone who didn’t agree to participate beforehand and persistent and Open ERP is against the server rules AND against the Code of Conduct.
You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others. Hate speech and discriminatory language is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language.
Behavior that intentionally detracts from others’ enjoyment (such as griefing, throwing, feeding, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect and promote an enjoyable environment. Acceptable behavior is determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account and gameplay restrictions.
As it is a PVP server, corpse camping people who violate the server’s rules is 100% acceptable.

Where it says griefing people is unacceptable. Trying to force your vision on how a RP server is supposed to be by going out of your way to raid people constantly for not RPing how you see fit? Thats griefing if I ever heard it
PvP servers have PvP solutions. Server Rules and all.
You’re fighting awful hard to die on this hill of “I want to subject others to my perversions” when you have multiple private chat channels at your disposal to act out your Cat Guild or “nonconsensual” ERP or whatever it is you’re fighting for here.
The server for grobbulus is RP and PvP. You can do either.
And you are fighting pretty hard force your ideals on folks. If folks aren’t bothering people that don’t go out of their way to find them, then who cares. It takes all types to make a community.
So you don’t deny that what YOU want is to force others to have to deal with you violating the CoC instead of just keeping your contagion where it belongs AWAY from General Chat channels.
Just keep your gross RP to yourself dude. It won’t kill you and the 99.9% of people who don’t want to have to see it won’t have to.
