Transferred Timewarped Badges, game took badges did not give them to player

I just tried to transfer 4950 badges to my mage to buy a mount from the vendor, and the game showed it transferred have a screen shot of it showing, but it did not give my currency tab the badges. So now im out all those badges and the game wont allow me to open a ticket. So am i going to be screwed my almost 5k badges?
