unless the items are marked as account-bound, you can only mail items between characters of the same faction, on the same realm.
(or realms which are connected to yours - but Darkspear isn’t connected to any other realms)

The only way you could do what you’re asking would be to start a guild, add all your characters to the guild, and then use the guild bank as your common storage. You’d need a second person (or a second account) to issue all the invites to your alts.
People with a few characters of the same faction on the same realm usually create a bank toon. Their other characters mail items to the bank toon for storage and selling on the auction house.
