I am Specialist Game Master Removed and I will be looking into your issue today. I understand that you recenlty transferred some Resonance Crystals from Endrec to Denania but have yet to receive them.
I took a look into this and see we have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Customer Support does not have a workaround or the ability to restore missing currency.

The more reports that we get on something like this the more weight it will carry and the quicker we can get it fixed
