Getting so sick of this error. I’ll just be running around the zone questing, and all of a sudden nothing spawns, my toon glitches and resets to 15 seconds earlier. Not even trying to port to a dungeon instance. I can’t even log out or exit the game. I have to force close the game and put in a Stuck Character support ticket.

No, it’s not my internet, which is 1G fiber on a wired LAN connection. I can log into other toons just fine when the toon I’m using crashes mid-zone like this.

I have seen Blizzard’s support page on this error, which has not helped at all. Disabling all addons has no effect either.

Instance not found is a connection issue regardless if you have one g fiber. Do you have an alternate ISP you can test with like your cell phone. As long as your cell phone is not the same provider as your house internet you can test to see if the issue is being caused by your internet.
